Mushroom orbs become available at level 23. They can be found after chopping mushrooms, and when you clear obstacles on Spirits and Serenilla Islands.
Mushroom orbs can be used at the Mill and Smelter for making blue paint and round windows respectively, and for completing orders for the Merchant.
