You can get clover in a number of ways including by chopping grass, clearing away fallen trees, and completing Merchant orders. It can also be found in some buried chests.
If you have placed the Dryad Spirit on Home Island, it will generate one clover every 24 hours.
In general, our best advice is to explore the islands as much as possible because clover can appear in many places.
Be sure to keep a close eye on how much you have, as you will need clover to make feed for your animals, including bird feed at the Mill.
